Resolved - Package Scanner is now processing packages at full speed again and has caught back up on the automatic moderation queue. (10:05 — Oct 26)

Monitoring - We have resolved the issue causing Package Scanner to process packages at a slower than expected rate. We are monitoring this service as it catches back up on its queue and will resolve this incident once this has completed.

Investigating - Package Scanner continues to be operating slower than normal. Investigating a long-term solution is ongoing, and in the meantime packages will be delayed in progressing through automatic moderation services.

Investigating - We’re aware of an issue impacting Package Scanner, which has resulted in slow processing of packages through automatic moderation and being approved. We’ve implemented a temporary workaround and are working on a long-term fix. There is still a large queue of packages to be moderated and we expect this to take some time to clear.
