Monitoring - It seems the issue was with Fastly, a CDN provider, and they have identified and started implementing a fix. Access to the listed websites should return, though there may be some flakiness in the meantime.

Investigating - After investigation we have determined searches through the Chocolatey.org packages page are working, with the exception of the search for eclipse. An issue has been raised on GitHub for this. We are continuing to work to determine the basis for this but as it affects one search term (and we have tried many!), we have lowered the priority. Post-mortem

One of our web servers in the load balancer stopped communicating with Memcached and was querying the database on every request. At 30 Million requests per day, that’s a bit much for a database to handle.
