Resolved - We are still seeing a higher than normal latency, but it doesn’t appear to be affecting the website performance. We are going to do some deeper inspection on why the latency is reporting high, but for now the site is good to go. (Nov 07, 2018 - 10:46)

Investigating - We are aware of a disruption to the normal running of the site, which has been traced to a problem with the SQL Server backend that is used. For the time being, until we can ascertain exactly what the problem is, we have taken the site offline. (Nov 07, 2018 - 00:08)
